A living room with a dining area. Heating in all rooms. Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, electric stovetop, microwave, capsule espresso machine, citrus juicer, toaster, kettle, crockery, and kitchen utensils.

Bathroom with shower, sink, and separate toilet.

Landscaped plot. Semi-covered wooden terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, and 2 sun loungers. Barbecue or electric plancha.
Hot tub

A security deposit of €350 will be required upon arrival (by cheque or credit card imprint). It will not be cashed and serves as a guarantee for the accommodation and cleaning.

Pets are accepted under the following conditions: one dog up to 20 kg, excluding categories 1 and 2, at a rate of €7/day.
